Leaf_coordinates.zip

This file directory includes the outlines of 182,707 leaves analyzed in the manuscript "<b>Persistent homology demarcates a leaf morphospace</b>", by Mao Li et al. Separate folders contain text files with x,y coordinates for the leaves from each indicated plant group.
