Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) Surrogate maybe Reduce the Caviar Development of Critically Endandered Beluga (Huso huso)

This dataset contains the quantitative source data supporting the study “Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) as a surrogate for Beluga (Huso huso) spermatogonial cell transplantation.” The dataset includes experimental data from Percoll-gradient enrichment of Beluga testicular cells, cell yield and viability assessment, DDX4/Vasa-positive cell characterization, PKH26-labeled donor-cell tracking after transplantation into sterile Sterlet larvae, transplantation/colonization outcomes, PCR and RT-PCR results at 180 days post-transplantation, and survival outcomes. The files include data underlying the results reported in the manuscript.
