Gene expression profile at single cell level of endometrial cells at postimplantation stage both in vivo and ex vivo.

We have newly established a novel ex vivo implantation system. To verify the ex vivo endometrial gene expression profile in comparison with in vivo, we performed single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq). The endometria at dpc 4.5 in vivo and at 24h ex vivo were fixed 10% neutralized formalin. Then, implantation sites (ISs) and inter-implantation sites (I-ISs) were surgically dissected under a microscope. 10x genomics flex technology was applied.
