In 2012/2013 we collected Samples and data collected along a depth transect at Lake Fryxell. This samples were collected by a dive team. The samples included water chemistry and microbial mat sampling.
Also durig the 2012/2013 season work was completed in the Miers valley, Bratina Island and Koelittz Glacier collecting samples and data on sediments, soils, water and microbial mats. The focus was the diversity of microbial mats and the biogeochemistry of phosphorus wihin the systems
