By defining structural attractors and constraint mappings, we prove that classical physical events, such as free-fall trajectories, are uniquely determined by the proto-structural configuration. Extending this framework to consciousness, we show that cognitive evolution is similarly constrained and mathematically predictable via energy configurations and electrical flow patterns. This work represents a historical milestone: it moves the De Giuseppe Paradox series from abstract speculation to empirical, testable predictions, demonstrating that reality—both physical and cognitive—is governed by structural laws, not mere chance. Our model provides the first rigorous pathway for anticipatory predictions across multiple domains, bridging the conceptual gap between proto-structural theory, empirical physics, and consciousness studies.
