This project includes high-throughput metagenomic and viromic data from blood samples of 1,896 healthy individuals. In this study, plasma or PBMC samples from every 12 individuals were pooled together to create a library, resulting in a total of 158 plasma libraries and 158 corresponding PBMC libraries.
