This Zenodo record contains the code and processed datasets used for image-based analysis of epithelial monolayer dynamics in micropatterned ring geometries, associated to the preprint publication Karnat et al. "Noninvasive rheological inference from stable flows in confined tissues" . The repository is organized as follows: Data1ring/ data if tissues confined in a single ring geometry. Extract and copy in the Data folder of the Exp_1ring code. Exp_1ring/ (single-ring analysis): data and scripts specific to tissues confined in a single ring geometry, including rotation-speed extraction, spatial profiles, and cell-shape/flow quantification in 1-ring patterns. Exp_2ring/ (double-ring analysis): data and scripts for the infinity / two-overlapping-rings geometry, including detection and classification of co-rotation vs counter-rotation, quantification of shear at the overlap interface, and associated cell-shape/neighbor-exchange metrics. The material is provided to enable full reproducibility of the image-based rheology inference and to facilitate reuse on similar epithelial time-lapse datasets.
