Tumor cell-intrinsic Decr2 regulates ferroptosis and immunotherapy efficacy

We employed a single-cell sequencing approach to analyze CD45+ cells from control and Decr2 knockdown tumors isolated from B6 mice. The aim of this study is to assess the proportion of CD45+ cell populations within the tumor microenvironment and to compare differential gene expression between the two groups across various cell populations. Overall design: Control or knockdown B16.SIY tumors were subcutaneously injected into B6 mice. Tumor tissues were collected and processed from the mice on day 14 post-injection. Live CD45+ cells were sorted from the tumor tissue and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
