Datasets from "Common modular architecture across diverse cortical areas in early development." Powell, Hein, Kong, Elpelt, Mulholland, Kaschube and Smith. PNAS. 2024.

Individual files contain widefield events, widefield correlation matrices, and 2-photon events and correlation matrices for the different cortical areas examined in this study.

Data are in MATLAB format. Details of data organization, as well as demonstration code for interacting with this data are available in powell24_data_info.m.
