FISH kidney and liver microbiome Metagenome

This study suggests using the NGS analysing and microbiome characterization of marine fish tissues as a tool for identification and monitoring specific pathogens. Our work is an initial description and discussion of the kidney and liver microbial communities of five wild common fish species sampled from four sites along the shoreline.
