KEGG Ortholog (KO) Relative Abundances (RPKG) from the BBMO Time Series (2009–2020)

This dataset contains the relative abundances of KEGG Ortholog (KO) identifiers derived from 140 metagenome samples collected at the Blanes Bay Microbial Observatory (NW Mediterranean Sea) between January 2009 and December 2020. KO abundances are normalized by single-copy genes (SCG) to account for variations in sequencing depth and genome equivalents. The table includes 8,518 KO entries (rows) and 140 sampling dates (columns), plus an column listing KO identifiers.
