在东北林业大学白桦育种基地，试验采用L25( 53 ) 正交试验设计分析激素种类、浓度及处理时间对扦插生根的影响。运用Excel 2003 对测定数据进行统计，用SPSS 22．0 软件进行方差分析、多重比较、极差分析、相关性分析。已在相关学术期刊发表。
The experiment was conducted at the Betula breeding base of Northeast Forestry University, adopting a L25(5^3) orthogonal experimental design to analyze the effects of hormone types, concentrations and treatment durations on cutting rooting. Statistical processing of the measured data was carried out using Microsoft Excel 2003, and analyses including analysis of variance (ANOVA), multiple comparison, range analysis and correlation analysis were performed with SPSS 22.0. This study has been published in relevant peer-reviewed academic journals.
