PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new strain of Tricholoma bakamatsutake from which fruit body formation is possible by complete artificial cultivation in which all cultivation processes is performed by mushroom bed cultivation under an artificial environment without performing symbiosis treatment with plants. SOLUTION: There is provided a Tricholoma bakamatsutake new strain having the accession number of NITE P-02787， in which the Tricholoma bakamatsutake new strain has a DNA identified as Tricholoma bakamatsutake. Further， a fruit body of Tricholoma bakamatsutake can be obtained from the Tricholoma bakamatsutake new strain through a fruit body primordium of Tricholoma bakamatsutake. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
