该数据集为杭州市中医院在开展腹股沟疝患者腹部CT检查、影像诊断及临床服务过程中产生，来源于杭州市中医院医院放射科2015年-2025年日常医疗活动所生成的腹部CT原始影像（DICOM）数据及对应影像报告1000例。数据内容包含患者基础匿名信息，检查项目与部位、临床诊断、影像报告等关键信息，数据形态涵盖医学影像与文本报告两类模态。 该数据集可用于腹股沟疝病灶的检测、分割、定量分析、影像表征研究，可支撑医学影像AI模型构建、多设备一致性评估、真实世界诊疗研究等多类场景。同时，可助力医院影像流程优化、提高放射科诊断效率，为腹股沟疝临床诊治与科研提供可靠的数据支持。This dataset is generated by Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during abdominal CT examinations, imaging diagnoses and clinical services for inguinal hernia patients. It consists of 1000 cases of raw abdominal CT images in DICOM format and their corresponding imaging reports, which were produced during the routine clinical practice of the hospital's Department of Radiology from 2015 to 2025. The dataset includes key information such as basic anonymized patient information, examination items and scanned regions, clinical diagnoses and imaging reports, covering two modalities: medical images and textual reports. This dataset can be used for research on detection, segmentation, quantitative analysis and imaging characterization of inguinal hernia lesions, and supports various scenarios such as the construction of medical imaging AI models, multi-device consistency evaluation and real-world clinical and research studies. Meanwhile, it can help optimize hospital imaging workflows, improve the diagnostic efficiency of the radiology department, and provide reliable data support for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and scientific research of inguinal hernias.
