Therefore, online stores should prioritize customer service data analysis in daily operations, continuously optimize customer service experiences, and achieve sound, sustainable development. This dataset can be utilized to evaluate the conversion rate and reception duration of the customer service team, and also serve as a reference for the customer service reception conversion rate of similar industries to facilitate continuous optimization and improvement of customer service conversion rates. 1. Collect statistical records of customer service receptions from the backend of Tmall stores, including start date, end date, buyer ID, customer service Wangwang account, reception type, reception status, and other related information. 2. Classify receptions as converted or unconverted based on their status: receptions where customer issues are successfully resolved (e.g., assisting customers in completing payment) are categorized as converted, while those resulting in payment abandonment or failed payment urging are categorized as unconverted. 3. Calculate the individual reception duration and average reception duration using the start and end times of each reception: Reception Duration = End Time - Start Time; Average Reception Duration = the mean value of all individual reception durations. 4. Calculate the proportion of reception conversion rate based on the conversion status of all receptions: Conversion Rate = (Number of Converted Buyers) / (Total Number of Receiving Buyers). 5. Analyze the changes in conversion rate and average reception duration across different time periods based on the calculated metrics. 6. Set the standards as follows: both an average reception duration of no more than 50 minutes and a conversion rate of no less than 50% are considered compliant; otherwise, the performance is non-compliant. Based on the above calculations, the conversion rate in August reached 60% with an average reception duration of 39 minutes and 50 seconds, meeting the compliance standards. In September, the conversion rate was 66% with an average reception duration of 45 minutes and 24 seconds, showing a 6% increase compared to the previous month, and the average reception duration increased by 5 minutes and 35 seconds compared to August; both metrics met the compliance standards.
