Extremely Luminous comma Heavily Obscured WISE-Selected AGN

The allsky midIR WISE mission is an extremely efficient black hole finder,identifying vast numbers of AGN, including the rarest, most luminous, mostobscured AGN. We propose to observe six extreme, obscured wiseselected AGN atzvirgul2 with bolometric luminosities L(bol) > 1e14 L(sun), comparable to the mostluminous unobscured quasars known. Taking advantage of the beneficial Xraykcorrection, XMM Newton observations will measure the highenergy propertiesand column densities of these extreme systems.
