To define the molecular mechanism responsible for promoting Early- and Deep-senescence, we performed RNA-sequencing of the ß-gal-high E- and D-senescent populations. ß-gal-high cells sorted from TGFß-treated (5 ng/ml, 15 days) hypoxic and normoxic A549 cultures were compared using non-treated cells under normoxic condition. The E and D senescent populations represent Nd15BgH and Hd15BgH.
