RNA-seq analysis of total RNA isolated from patient-derived organoids established from eight individuals. The organoids are genotyped with regards to rs2910686. The analysis aimed at characterizing the epithelial gene expression changes in ERAP2 proficient vs. ERAP2 deficient patient-derived organoids. ***Please note that raw data is not provided as Norwegian law does not allow public access to human sequences raw data Organoids were estabished from patient biopsies from four ERAP2 proficient (rs2920686 CC/CT) and four ERAP2 deficient (rs2920686 TT) individuals. After organoid growth and differentiation, they were stimulated with IFNg (24hours) in order to induce in inflammatory response and ERAP2 expressions. Each organoid culture was seeded in triplicates. For each experimental run two donors were used, and one ERAP2 proficient and deficient were grown in parallelle. *************************************************************** Raw data could not be deposited due to Norwegian law.
