Analysis of different mouse P14 CD8+T cell subset gene signatures in presence and absence of Tim-3+ Treg during LCMV CL13 infection

Treg-specific Tim-3 deletion alters the transcriptional profile of specific major WT P14 Tex subsets early during chronic infection. Overall design: Splenic live CD45.1 congenically marked P14 cells were stained, as described above, and FACS-sorted from a female CD45.1/CD45.2 P14 mouse. Sorted P14 cells were then transferred into tamoxifen-pretreated congenically-distinct WT and Tim-3 Treg KO mice (1,500 P14/mouse, i.v.). One day after transfer, mice were infected with LCMV Cl-13 and analyzed at indicated timepoints.
