Environmental tolerance-constrained habitat assessment for wetland birds: A machine-learning framework for impact screening and conservation prioritization

This dataset supports the research article entitled "Environmental tolerance-constrained habitat assessment for wetland birds: A machine-learning framework for impact screening and conservation prioritization". The dataset provides information used for habitat suitability assessment and conservation prioritization of two migratory wetland birds, the Relict Gull (Ichthyaetus relictus) and the Siberian Crane (Leucogeranus leucogeranus), across China. The dataset was developed to support analyses integrating species occurrence information with environmental conditions for evaluating habitat suitability, ecological constraints, and spatial patterns of habitat change. These data facilitate reproducibility of ecological modeling analyses and contribute to research on wetland bird conservation, species distribution modeling, and habitat assessment.
