The source data (including daily reported new cases, adjusted daily new infections, mHealth code record, traditional contact tracing, intra-city mobility, facemask wearing, and vaccination rate) for modeling respiratory infectious disease outbreaks in six Chinese cities and evaluating the effect of digital mHealth techniques.The scripts were written in R, including the modified SEIR model and different scenario simulations.
