Download the file, then read the file in iCn3D: starting from the link https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/icn3d/full.html

Then use File/Open File and select the iCn3D PNG image format/load the file.  

The file contains 4 models, you can browse through the 3D models using the keyboard "a" key or "alternate" command

You can analyze the models using iCn3D.  See the Help in that link for details
