We report significant differences in muscle gene expression during postnatal development (4-8 weeks), especially in regards to ECM content, AMPK signalling, and calcium handling. Overall design: RNA was isolated from gastrocnemius muscle of 4, 6, and 8- week mice. RNA Seq was performed to look at differences in gene expression.
