Electron tomography and micromagnetic simulation results of giant magnetofossils

In this dataset, we show the electron tomography reconstruction and micromagnetic simulation results of giant magnetofossils. These include the mesh (.stl) and movie (.mp4) files for electron tomography reconstruction, as well as the hysteresis loop (.hyst) and output (.out) files obtained from the micromagnetic simulation. The Python code for normal vector clustering analysis of STL mesh files is also included.
