Replication Data for Evaluation of a national program to distribute free face masks in Uganda: evidence from Mbale District

We provide two datasets that can be used to replicate the findings of \"Evaluation of a national program to distribute free face masks in Uganda: evidence from Mbale District\". The direct observations dataset (Direct_Observations_BL_EL.dta) includes data collected before and after the mask distribution campaign by research staff who stood in public places and observed mask use. The phone survey data (Phone_Survey_BL_EL.dta) includes survey responses collected via phone before and after mask distribution campaign about self-reported mask use.
