This project aims to identify Streptococcus pneumoniae strains that present in Chinese patients precisely. Streptococcus pneumoniae was isolated from humans and cultured. Each sample was subjected to NGS and nanopore sequencing at the same time, and then hybrid assembly was performed. Strain identification was then performed.
