Transcriptome data of soybean roots following carbon nanomaterial application

During the VC stage of soybean growth, modified carbon nanomaterials were applied via root drenching and foliar spraying, respectively. Root samples were collected 48 hours after treatment, immediately flash-frozen, and subjected to transcriptome sequencing. By comparing with the control group without carbon nanomaterials, the effects of carbon nanomaterials on root development and rhizobial symbiosis were analyzed.
