High throughput sequencing of psoriasis mouse model treated with traditional Chinese medicine complex

Construct a psoriasis mouse model induced by IMQ cream (Male BALB/c mice), divided into three groups: a healthy control group, a psoriasis group, and a traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. After the experiment, spleen, skin scars, and intestinal contents were collected from the mice. Perform transcriptome sequencing on spleen and skin tissues, and perform metagenomic 16S sequencing on intestinal contents. The generated data is subjected to bioinformatics analysis to provide theoretical reference for studying the gut microbiota immune skin regulatory axis.
