Transcriptomic analysis of Dunaliella salina cultivated in Sistan water

Four samples (two replicates of the control sample, two replicates of the deep water treatment sample) were sequenced using the NovaSeq 6000 Illumina sequencing platform, with a length of 150 bp paired-end sequencing fragments and a read depth of 12G (Novogene, China). The kit used was capable of sequencing mRNAs with and without poly-A ends and provided an appropriate depth of sequencing.
