为满足海事行业对于统一海图数据资源和地图服务的迫切需求，2019年上海海图中心组织建设了“中国民用海图海事服务系统”。经过本项目建设，目前已实现了通过网络为海事用户提供统一电子海图与地理信息相关的信息服务的初步能力，已经成为不可或缺的海图资源统一管理、统一发布、统一服务的平台。

To address the urgent demands of the maritime industry for unified nautical chart data resources and map services, the Shanghai Nautical Chart Center initiated the development of the "China Civil Nautical Chart Maritime Service System" in 2019. Following the completion of this project, the system has now preliminarily realized the capability to provide maritime users with unified information services related to electronic nautical charts and geographic information via the Internet, and has become an indispensable platform for the unified management, release and service of nautical chart resources.
