资源简介:
ADAR3 is a catalytically inactive protein that belongs to the family of adenosine deaminases acting on RNA (ADARs). Here we have investigated its function in the context of the developing mouse brain. In this study, we determine ADAR3s impact on the N2A cells transcriptome and its stability by utilizing a transcriptional inhibitor followed by RNA sequencing. Our results indicate a relationship between ADAR3 and important biological processes such as control of RNA stability and protein translation, with a potential for ADAR3 to regulate neuronal differentiation and early brain development.
