Contains SQL extraction queries, Python/R analysis code, and de-identified aggregate-level derived datasets (baseline characteristics and threshold-sweep results). Source databases (MIMIC-IV v2.2 and eICU-CRD v2.0) require credentialed access via PhysioNet.
