Validation of a stall‐side immunoglobulin assay for use in equine reproductive management

Raw data files associated with study and analysis concerning evaluation testing of a stall-side immunoglobulin assay for use in equine reproductive management. Linearity raw data shows three replicate readings using the stall-side IgG assay, and the expected IgG concentration of the 7 samples tested. Method comparison raw data shows three replicate readings using the stall-side IgG assay for 21 samples, compared to two replicate readings by radial immunodiffusion (RID) and one replicate reading by immunoturbidimetric assay.
