Real-time breath drug metabolic monitoring under stellate ganglion block with lidocaine: A proof-of-concept study

This dataset contains anonymized breath metabolomics data collected from participants undergoing stellate ganglion block (SGB) interventions. The data were acquired in real-time using a Thermo Scientific Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometer in full-scan mode. Original .raw files have been converted to the open .mzML format for accessibility.
The dataset includes breath samples recorded before and after SGB intervention, capturing dynamic changes in volatile organic compounds. This data can be used for replication studies, metabolomics analysis, or clinical research in breath biomarkers.
