Data collection of case study 3 - True value and trade-offs of optimized food-water-energy carbon NEXUS in vegetable greenhouse production and value chains

This dataset is part of CS3 True value and trade-offs of optimized food-water-energy carbon NEXUS in vegetable greenhouse production and value chains. The technical- environmental-economic aim of this case is to implement a water-energy-carbon-food nexus framework for clean greenhouse crop production and CO2 mitigation, as an integrative approach that manages the interrelationships between the water, energy, carbon and food products/outputs.Data is obtained from UAL greenhouse facilities and from a number of Dutch greenhouse horticulture companies. This data will be anonymized where applicable and made available.
