16S amplicons from skin bacterial communities of Japanese newts and frogs / raw sequence reads

The study compares the cutaneous bacterial communities of wild and captive amphibians from Japan, to elucidate effects of host species and captive conditions on these communities. The majority of the samples came from the captive breeding center of Hiroshima University
