RNAseq of chicken macrophages from MDV susceptible and resistant chicken lines. Chicken Macrophage RNAseq MDV Infected/Control

Chicken bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) from lines 6(1) and 7(2) were infected with MDV in vitro. Upon infection, control and infected BMDMs were sorted on 1 dpi.
