Data underlying the research to a: Prognostic model based on six feature genes of intestinal flora subtypes predicts survival in colon cancer

A prognostic model was established based on six intestinal flora subtypes-associated prognostic genes（CSF1R, HLA-DOA, NOS3, HOXB4, PLA1A, and RPL3) in colon cancer. The expression of these six genes in human colonic cancer cell line SW480 and colonic epithelial cell line NCM460 were determined using RT-qPCR.

本研究以结直肠癌中6种与肠道菌群亚型相关的预后基因（CSF1R、HLA-DOA、NOS3、HOXB4、PLA1A及RPL3）为基础，构建了结直肠癌预后模型。采用反转录实时定量聚合酶链反应（RT-qPCR）检测了上述6个基因在人结肠癌细胞系SW480及结肠上皮细胞系NCM460中的表达水平。
