Atmospheric water vapor stable isotopes on the Asian Water Towers

This deposit contains three datasets that we used in the study about the moisture budget on the Asian Water Towers which is under review. Each dataset is described as follows:

Box observation data: this dataset contains the observed vertical profiles and surface series of atmospheric water vapor stable isotopes during the observation period, together with observed precipitation and lake water isotopic values.

Vertical Profiles daily data: The dataset provides the in-situ vertical profiles of atmospheric water vapor stable isotopes and simultaneous meteorological data at Lulang and Nam Co when we observed the highest or extreme profiles.

Anomalies with height: The dataset presents anomalies of vertical profiles at Lulang in winter and spring as well as those at Nam Co in spring. The anomalies of surface observations calculated relative to the surface daily averaged values are also provided in this Excel file.
