PatentRef rules dataset: patent office rules, fees and windows with verbatim citations

Machine-readable rules of patent offices (AU, CN, EP, JP, KR, PCT, US): fees, generic windows, representation, translation, PPH, grace period and identity rules. Every row carries the URL of the official source it was read from, a verbatim quote under 300 characters, its effective dates and the date it was checked. Rows state what the cited source says; they are not legal advice and compute no date for any application. Version 0.2.1 (2026-10-20), 71 rows.
