Readme: Source data: Distributed in 4 different github links (Source_data_1-Source_data_4). Source data 1 includes as well the SEURAT code adapted to proteomics data used in the manuscript. 1. Figure_1 folder: includes Adobe illustrator figure (Figure_1.ai) and excel file (Figure1.xlsx) with TMT examples of design A and B. Sheet tmt1_data includes the complete information of PSM.txt file output of Proteome Discover 2.5; Sheet tmt1_representation includes the abundance information extracted out of the previous sheet, the median values of each tag and the correspondent cell label. Sheet tmt6_data includes the complete information of PSM.txt file output of Proteome Discover 2.5; Sheet tmt6_representation includes the abundance information extracted out of the previous sheet, the median values of each tag and the correspondent cell label. 2. Figure 2_Supp_Fig_1 folder: includes the information related to Figure 2 and Supplementary figure 1. Includes the Adobe Illustrator Figures (Fig_Supp_1.ai and Fig_Supp_1_1.ai; Figure_2.ai). Includes the input txt files for analysing in metaboanalyst the data for Figure 2. Includes the jpg and pdf files correspondant to each figure section. 3. Figure_3 folder: includes the Adobe Illustrator Figure 3.ai; the input txt files for metaboanalyst for Figure 3a and Figure3b and the correspondent pdf files of 3a and 3b sections.
