IRF2BP1 and IRF2BP2 are transcriptional co-regulators that play a role in EGFR signalling and other signalling events. We used microarray analysis to investigate which genes are under control of IRF2BP1 and IRF2BP2 Overall design: Hela cells were treated with siRNA against IRF2BP1, IRF2BP2, or IRF2BP1 and IRF2BP2. Non-targeting siRNA was used as a control. Cells were grown in full medium (DMEM, 10% FBS, 2 mM L-glutamine and 1 mM sodium pyruvate medium) and investigated 72 hours after knock-down.
