The role of UBE2T in breast cancer growth and progression

Ubiquitin Conjugating Enzyme E2T (UBE2T) expression is elevated in many cancer types including Breast Cancer. Therefore, we analyzed the role of UBE2T in breast cancer. Genetic inhibition of UBE2T expression in breast cancer cell lines resulted in decreased proliferation, and increased cell death. Overall design: T47D and MCF7 cells stably expressing two individual shRNAs against UBE2T were used to prepare the total RNA, followed by RiboRNA depletion with random priming and RNASeq Illumina Hi-Seq 2500 platform, with three biological replicates for each sample.
