整合区委政法委的商户及居民网格数据、区人社局就业数据等公共数据资源，融合开发利用企业高质量楼宇点位数据集，创新构建了一套服务外卖骑手、快递员等两新就业群体等智慧服务。By integrating public data resources including merchant and resident grid data from the District Political and Legal Affairs Commission and employment data from the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and developing high-quality enterprise building location datasets through data fusion, this work innovatively constructs a suite of smart services targeting new-form employment groups such as food delivery riders and couriers.
