The Countywide Plan Map designates general categories of land use, including transit‐supportive categories, by type and location to guide the future development pattern and use of land throughout Pinellas County, as adopted by the Pinellas Planning Council and Countywide Planning Authority as part of the Countywide Plan, pursuant to Chapter 2012‐245, Laws of Florida, as amended. Updated monthly.
