WT and Apobec2 KO Mus musculus [C57BL/6J] - raw RNA-seq reads

Mouse RNA-seq facilitated examination of broader gene expression and functional alterations in T cells associated with APOBEC2 KO. CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were isolated from the spleens of WT and APOBEC2 KO mice (3 replicates each) and sorted via FACS for RNA sequencing.
