DMIs significantly enriched in the interactome cross-validation.

List of domains and motif patterns determined in this study and found to be significantly enriched in the interactome cross-validation. The top-ranked SLIMFinder motif and the pattern with the highest significant enrichment are shown for each topological cluster (TC), along with the respective enrichment and p-values. If available, ELM ligands of the domain are given below the patterns derived in this work. A table with all DMI, including those not enriched in the interactome cross-validation as well as the 3 top-ranked patterns for all candidate DMIs is given in Table S1.
