Dataset for Lead Acid Battery PINN

The two datasets, merged_tripura.csv and merged_kolkata.csv, contain one-minute operational monitoring records from flooded tubular lead-acid battery banks at two residential solar installations in eastern and north-eastern India, logged by the installed battery status processor and inverter system. The Tripura record covers a 2P4S 48 V 300 Ah bank of eight Exide Solar 6LMS150L units, commissioned in July 2024, over the period 1 May 2025 to 31 May 2026 (562,512 rows, 42 columns). The Kolkata record covers a 4P4S 48 V 600 Ah bank of the same battery model, commissioned in October 2020, over 8 April 2025 to 8 April 2026 (466,661 rows, 81 columns). Both files were assembled by merging the raw daily CSV exports, with a source_file column retained for provenance. The four channels used by the analysis are battery current (BSP-Ibat [Adc], positive on charge), battery voltage (BSP-Ubat [Vdc]), battery temperature (BSP-Tbat [°C]) and the monitor's state-of-charge estimate (BSP-SOC [%]); the remaining columns carry solar and load power, inverter and device status, and system diagnostic messages, and differ between the sites because the two installations have different numbers of connected devices. Timestamps are local time in day-first format and should be parsed accordingly. No ambient or enclosure temperature was measured at either site, which is the motivation for the latent boundary reconstruction reported in the accompanying manuscript. Data gaps arising from logger outages are present in both records and are handled explicitly by the analysis rather than interpolated.
