依托SuperMap平台及其二三维一体化GIS技术体系，汇集融合了大数据挖掘、大数据分析、人工智能、三维建模、虚拟增强等多元创新技术，以众源数据驱动，以AI Core赋能，研发了城市级实景三维模型智能建模软件，显著降低了城市级LOD1.3实景三维模型构建的时间成本，克服了新型测绘技术成本高、范围有限等难题，弥补了虚拟仿真技术还原度低的不足，解决了3DGIS白膜技术材质缺失的问题，在兼顾“建模成本”与“视觉感官”的基础上，实现了大范围LOD1.3级孪生三维地理场景快速、自动化生成，可承接数据局及相关部门的LOD1.3模型数据生产工程，能够有效服务自然资源、不动产、智慧城市等业务的三维建设应用。

Based on the SuperMap platform and its 2D/3D integrated Geographic Information System (GIS) technical framework, this solution integrates a range of cutting-edge technologies including big data mining, big data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), 3D modeling, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). Driven by crowdsourced data and empowered by AI Core, we have developed an intelligent modeling software for urban-scale real-scene 3D models. This software has significantly reduced the time cost of constructing urban-scale LOD1.3 real-scene 3D models, overcoming the challenges of high cost and limited scope of emerging surveying and mapping technologies, addressing the issue of low fidelity of virtual simulation technologies, and solving the problem of missing material textures in 3DGIS textureless modeling techniques. While striking a balance between "modeling cost" and "visual perception", it enables the rapid and automated generation of large-scale LOD1.3-level digital twin 3D geographic scenes. The software is capable of undertaking LOD1.3 model data production projects for data bureaus and relevant departments, and effectively supports 3D construction applications for businesses related to natural resources, real estate, smart cities and other relevant fields.
