Data food baskets Eusocialcit

The dataset is linked to the EuSocialCit working papers on the construction of cross-national comparable food budgets. Nutritionists and researchers in four European countries have calculated comparable food budgets for households living in an urban context in Belgium, Finland, Hungary and Spain. The budgets are used as a social indicator in a tentative exercise to assess the affordability of a healthy and sustainable diet.
